Additional Rental Items
Items and services included with rental of the Theater include: One (1) Production Staff member, static show lighting, basic sound (computer/phone plug-in, and up to 5 mics) 5 metal music stands and WiFi access.
All other items must be rented from the Multicultural Arts Center (see pricing below), or from an outside rental vendor.

RESTRICTIONS
- No open flame (lit candles).
- No loose glitter, or confetti.
- No helium balloons.
- No overnight storage of propane tanks.
- No glassware or alcohol allowed in the courtyard
- There is no other standard rigging, nor fly system.
- We only allow use of caterers from our Approved Caterers list.

Heights: 14′ floor to balcony, 17’4″ floor to balcony rail/ light hang pipe, approx. 35′ floor to ceiling.
House Floor: Marble
House Walls: Fabric covered masonry and acoustic panels
Seating Capacity: 120-175 seats- depending on space configuration (to be approved by Production Manager depending on space setup).
Dressing/Green Room: Theater level Green Room accommodates 8-10 people comfortably, and two Second Floor Studios each accommodate 6-8 people.
Reception Space: The art gallery is available for use as reception space- 39’ x 17’ floor space

Control: Either ETC Express 48/96 or ETC Nomad System
- Nomad system requires designer/programmer fee of $50/hr

- Use of the dance floor reduces the maximum seating capacity

- Reversible black/white dance surface. Usable only with WaveLock floor
- No street shoes, hard shoes, or heels allowed on the Marley surface
