Event-Specific Rates and Policies

  • Rental packages include use of our venue only. For rental of chairs/tables, please see Additional Rental Items.
  • Please be aware that we do require use of an Approved Caterer for events held at the Multicultural Arts Center.
  • Items such as linens, dishware, cocktail tables and decorations or flowers must be organized through an outside vendor as we do not provide these services.

Weddings will only be scheduled for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Weekend Rental Fee (Friday, Saturday): $6,900

Weekend Rental Fee (Sunday): $5,600

  • Eight (8) hours included, must end by midnight.
  • Additional hours at $150/hr.
  • Rental package includes two hours of set-up time and one hour for clean-up of the facility.
  • Rental includes use of Theater, the Gallery, kitchen, green room, and optional Centanni Hallway, and Centanni Courtyard ($50 permit fee required, based on City approval), and two Second Floor Studios with private restrooms.
  • Sunday requirements
    • Event must end by 10pm.
    • Rehearsals on the Friday before your event are possible ONLY if there is no scheduling conflict with other programs or events.
    • Rehearsals must be held during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 10-6)
      Sunday rentals much include day-of rental equipment drop-off and night-of rental equipment pick-up within the rental period. An exception can be made if the same caterer caters both Saturday and Sunday events.

Weekday Rental Fee (Monday-Thursday): $375/hour

  • Four (4) – Eight (8) hour rental
  • Rental time should include two hours of set-up time and one hour for clean-up of the facility.
  • Additional hours beyond 8 hours at $150/hr.
  • Rental includes use of Theater, the Gallery, kitchen, green room, and optional Centanni Hallway, and optional Centanni Courtyard ($50 permit fee required, based on City approval), and two Second Floor Studios with private restrooms. Includes: 2 hours of set-up time and 1 hour of clean-up time.

We welcome non-profit functions to the Multicultural Arts Center, such as galas, fundraisers or networking events. Certified not-for-profit organizations are eligible for this rental package. Proof of certification is required.

The following rates apply for all seven days of the week:

  • $375/hour for 4+ hour events
  • $2200 / 8 hour day | $150 / additional hour beyond 8 hours
  • Package includes use of Theater, the Gallery, kitchen, green room, and optional Centanni Hallway, optional Centanni Courtyard ($50 permit fee required), and two Second Floor Studios with private restrooms.
  • For events on Saturday/Sunday, additional $40/hr fee for security guard

Rental Fees and Deposits

A down payment of 50% of the rental fee plus a security deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure the rental date(s).

Example: For an 8-hour non-profit event, the amount necessary to secure the date is $1650.

The balance of the rental fee is due two (2) weeks prior to the event. A rental contract will be processed upon receipt of a down payment. The security deposit is refunded within 10-14 business days following the event, less the cost of additional rental items.

The security deposit is forfeited if the client cancels the event. An event cancellation of 30 days or less will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
